1.
Art & Play Therapy
Art and play therapy can help children to address their emotional needs. Art and play in a therapeutic setting encourages the child to learn more about their nervous system, thinking/ behaviour patterns and gain the ability to self-regulate with more frequency.
2.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching can help you to gain insight into your approaches and reactions to your child.
Learn to shift your lens and gain skills to support your child where they're at.
3.
Parent-Child Therapy
Dyad work allows a parent and child to work on attachment needs. Together the parent and child, under guidance of the therapist will learn to co-regulate and express themselves more effectively.
4.
